Neil is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a director of a business consulting company providing planning and operations advice to business owners. He is a is a board member of the Financial Reporting Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and sits on the Technical Committee of the London Society of Chartered Accountants.
Neil has previously been a partner with award winning mid-tier accountancy firms and worked for PwC in the UK and overseas, ICAEW’s Audit and Assurance Faculty and the Financial Reporting Council. He regularly contributes to the accountancy press and consultations from the FRC, BIS, and the EU on issues related to financial reporting, investor protection and executive remuneration.
Outside of work, Neil is a governor of the largest faith school in Europe and is a trustee of associated charities. He is married with three children and enjoys watching soccer and playing badminton.
